I, _________________________ as lessee (customer) understand and acknowledge that the activity to be engaged in through my rental of rides or equipment from Colonial Amusement Rentals, L.L.C. brings with it known and unanticipated risks to my guests, my invitees and myself. Those risks include but are not limited to falling, slipping, crashing, and colliding and could result in injury, illness, disease, emotional distress, death, and /or property damage to myself or my guests and invitees.
I voluntarily release, indemnify, and hold harmless and discharge Colonial Amusement Rentals, L.L.C. from any and all claims, demands, actions or rights of action, whether personal to me of a third party, which are related to, arise out of, or are in any way connected to my rental of any ride, inflatable ride, or equipment from Colonial Amusement Rentals, L.L.C. including those allegedly to negligent acts of omissions. I agree to reimburse any reasonable attorney?s fees and costs, which may be incurred by Colonial Amusement Rentals, L.L.C. in the defense of such liability claim, demand, action or right of action.
I acknowledge that I have adequate homeowner?s insurance, tenant insurance, or other liability insurance to cover any bodily injury or property damage which might occur to myself, my guests, or invitees from the use of the rental of any ride, inflatable ride, or other equipment from Colonial Amusement Rentals, L.L.C. or else I agree to bear the costs of such injury or damage myself.
Lessee understands that they must have an adult attendant to supervise both the equipment and its use at all time said equipment is in the possession of the lessee. The equipment shall be located at the address listed below during the rental and shall not be removed. Customer is responsible for all equipment until picked up by the driver of Colonial Amusement Rentals, L.L.C.
I as a customer I declare that I have read the safety instructions on the web site of Colonial Amusement Rental LLC found at www.colonialamusement.com under "ride Instructions? and I voluntarily agree to follow and utilize safety rules that are explained in this document (text below), also any rules listed in the warning sign attached on the bouncer at all times during the operation and use of the unit and or equipment.

Horse Play:
"Horse Play? of any kind is not allowed. Any horse play will void any insurance and/or liability claims. (The definition of "Horse Play:? It is also known as but not limited to the following terms: "Pushing, Shoving, Wrestling, Goofing off, Excessive movement or behavior which would invade the area that another child or person occupies?)
Rain or Lightning:
In case of excessive rain, lightning or high winds (close to the area), clear the amusement device out immediately and DEFLATE the inflatable/s by unplugging from the electrical source. Please REINFLATE once the excessive rain, lightning or high winds have passed. |
